Discriminating boat owners appreciate our impeccably maintained facilities, professional dock staff, and around-the-clock marina security. We accommodate vessels of up to 115 feet and each slip is equipped with shore power pedestals providing both 30A and 50A hookups. Fuel stations are located at the southern end of the marina.
There are several pumpout stations located throughout the marina that guests are free to use. If you're missing any of the supplies you'll need to have a great trip, the Aqua Bay Boat Shop is fully stocked with shore power plug adaptors, rope, hand tools, and other equipment.
From Destin, Florida all boating pleasures are within reach. Just minutes from the marina are Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island, and more. Located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway of the Caloosahatchee River, Aqua Bay Marina provides you with easy access to both east and west coasts. A short trip will take you and your vessel to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf is known the world over for its excellent boating and fishing.
We offer transient and long-term wet slip rentals. Power (30A) is available at each slip. Slips of this size fill up fast, so don't wait to reserve a slip for your boat trip!

You don't have to own a boat to enjoy Aqua Bay Marina. We offer fishing and powerboat rentals so you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico without worrying about fuel, dockage, insurance, or transportation. Rentals are available by the hour or day. Renters must be 21 or older. Groups must not exceed 6 people per boat.
Aqua Bay Marina has 18 full-service RV spots for rent just minutes from the beach and marina. Each spot comes with a firepit, BBQ grill stand and picnic table. Guests of the RV Resort enjoy pool access, free WiFi, and access to the on-site laundry facility. For guests bringing an RV and boat, the marina and RV park reservations are separate.
